About The Author

Editor, 2000 Yearbook John J. Giudice is a Wall Street executive with over twenty years experience in strategic planning, information technology, marketing and international securities operations. He has authored special reports for various publications, including Buttonwood’s Global Custody Yearbook¾ now in its seventh year, and is often quoted in the press on issues covering information technology and the securities industry.

John founded Buttonwood International Group in 1988 as a management consulting firm to serve the international needs of the securities industry. His prior work experience includes Senior Vice President at a major brokerage firm, responsible for strategic planning and international operations; Consulting Partner at a "Big Eight" firm, serving the Wall Street community; and Information Systems Officer at a major trust and custody bank.

John served as adjunct professor at New York University, Leonard N. Stern Graduate School of Business, Marketing Department, and received an M.S. degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a B.E. degree from the City College of New York.
